Location of Adamantium Plate armor in the game

I thought Pyrinium was the best armor you could get in the game, and without the breastplate, but I found Adamantium Plate armor in Q5M4. The one with all the Griffins.

It was in a room with lava and a mage, a couple tables and some chairs. It's behind a hidden locked door on the wall. And it takes a LOT to unlock it.

Additionally, this secret area is interesting because there's no red line in the automap pointing it out. I wonder if there's anything else hidden this way that we're missing? Also, be careful when you step inside that alcove; it sets your food and water meters to 0% and deals about 40 damage.

Does a Pyrinium breastplate exist at all?

Also, does anyone know what the breastplate bonuses are? At least Obsidian and Adaminium grant some kind of protection, but I'm not sure what from.

It exists but is not placed in the stock quests. It would I believe provide Fire immunity just as Pyr weapons provide Fire damage. Obs is immunity to Electric damage, and obs weapons do Pierce damage. Adamantium is Acid immunity on the plate and Mana Drain damage on the weapons. Obs weapons, particularly the dagger, are pretty good on those annoying Fire Altar mercs.
