[FEATURE] Messages in upper left disappear after 30 seconds

Feature request for messages in the upper left to disappear after 30 seconds. Currently, they remain FOREVER. When long messages appear there, it can block a lot of the screen.

Yeah, I'm putting that one on the list.  I want them to fade away.
