[BUG 1.04] msvcr100.dll was not found

After installation of A&A and the VC Redistributable 2012, the error: "The application failed to start because msvcr100.dll was not found" is displayed upon execution. Installing the 2010 VC Redistributable resolves the issue.

Really?  I guess I just need to put the 2010 version in there.  Strange because I'm compiling with 2012 compiler.
